Our Forever Together pet portrait is a bespoke artwork that brings together up to five loved ones –
pets, people, or a mix of both – even if they were never in the same photo. I carefully cut out each subject,
arrange them naturally, and finish the piece with gentle, hand-painted touches so it feels like a single,
cohesive portrait.

Every portrait starts with the photos you share. I look carefully at each one, choosing the images that will sit
well together and feel the most natural. Using digital editing and artistic finishing, I blend your pets and people
into one scene – paying attention to size, lighting and position so that nobody looks “pasted in”.

   Choose the number of loved ones you’d like included and complete your purchase.
2. Upload your photos
   Upload clear photos of each pet/person you want in the portrait. You can send multiple photos
   for each – I’ll choose the ones that work best together.
3. Tell me who’s who
   Use the notes box to tell me any special requests
   (for example, who should stand next to whom).
4. I create your portrait
   I carefully cut, blend and enhance your photos to create one seamless artwork, keeping everyone
   as close to their real appearance as possible.
5. Receive your finished file
   You’ll receive a high-resolution digital portrait file by email
   (no physical print included), ready to print as many times as you like.

You will receive a digital file only via email. No physical print, frame or canvas is included,
so you’re free to print it locally in the UK or with any online printer you prefer.

Please send as many photos as you can of each loved one. This gives me a better chance of finding
images that work well together in one portrait.

Photo quality

The quality of your finished portrait will always depend on the quality of the photos you send me.

I’ll carefully choose the best photo(s) you provide, and I’ll do my very best to enhance them – but if the original
images are dark, blurry, very small, or taken from a screenshot, I can’t magically turn them into crisp studio-quality photos.

I can improve lighting, colours and overall atmosphere, but I can’t add details that aren’t there in the original image.

For best results, please try to send:

• Clear, well-lit photos (daylight is ideal)
• Faces fully visible and not cropped or cut off
• Original files rather than screenshots or photos taken of a photo
• The highest resolution you have

If you’re not sure which photos to use, you’re very welcome to send a few and I’ll choose the most suitable ones for your portrait. 💛

Edits & tweaks

Your order includes one small tweak to the finished design (for example, gently adjusting colours,
lighting, or making a minor change).

Larger changes – such as using completely different photos or re-posing people/pets – usually mean creating a
new portrait from scratch and may require an additional fee.

1. Can you include both pets and people in one portrait?

Yes. This product is designed for pets and people portraits – you can mix humans and animals in
any combination, up to five loved ones as standard.

2. Is this suitable as a pet memorial portrait?

Absolutely. Many customers use their Forever Together artwork as a gentle pet memorial portrait or
custom memorial painting to remember a special companion and keep them close to the family.

3. Do you create custom pet portraits from photos?

Yes – every portrait is created from the photos you send. I specialise in pet portraits from photos,
blending them together into one seamless, custom pet portrait.

4. How many pets or people can you include?

Up to five loved ones (pets, people or a mix) are included as standard. If you’d like to add more,
please contact me for a custom quote before ordering.

5. What exactly will I receive – a digital file or a physical print?

You’ll receive one high-resolution digital portrait file by email. No physical print, frame or canvas
is included – this keeps postage simple and lets you print your pet portrait however you prefer.

6. Can I print the portrait myself in the UK or overseas?

Yes. You can print your portrait at home, at a local photo lab, or via any online printer in the UK or internationally.
The file is suitable for common print sizes such as A4 or larger, depending on your chosen printer.

7. Can you fix very old or low-quality photos?

I can often improve lighting, colours and overall clarity, but there are limits. If photos are extremely blurry, tiny
or badly damaged, the final result may still look a little soft. I’ll always use the best images you provide and let
you know if there are any concerns.

8. Do you only do funny pet portraits or also more traditional styles?

This particular product focuses on soft, heartfelt family and pet portraits and memorial art. If you’re
interested in more playful or funny portraits with pets, feel free to get in touch and I can let you know what’s possible.

9. Are you a pet portrait artist based in the UK?

Yes – Pet Legacy is a UK-based small business. Although I’m in the UK, your digital file can be emailed anywhere in the
world, so international orders are very welcome.

10. Can I order another version later or update the portrait in future?

Yes. If you’d like a new version – for example, adding another pet or using different photos – this would be treated as a
new portrait. Just message me with what you have in mind and I’ll be happy to advise on pricing.
