With space for 40 photos, 5 videos, and free edits in the first year, this package also includes optional features like a personalised poem, an interactive meadow where you can feed your pet and plant trees or flowers, and a guestbook for loved ones to leave tributes. All your memories are delivered both by email and on a keepsake USB stick, along with a beautiful QR plaque/tag bundle to easily share your pet’s story. To make the tribute truly everlasting, you can also name a star after your pet — complete with star coordinates and an official certificate.

    A shining tribute in the night sky — if you choose Yes, we’ll help you name a star, and you’ll receive a keepsake certificate with the star details and coordinates.

    Please write the details you’d like on the certificate. You can include your chosen star name, who it is dedicated to (your pet, a loved one, or yourself), an optional place, a date (such as a birthday or anniversary), and a short dedication message. Everything is personal and optional — share as much or as little as you’d like. Example: “Star Name: Max For: My best friend Max Place: Edinburgh, Scotland Date: 12 August 2022 Dedication: On 12 August 2022, a star was named for Max. It shines as a tribute to the best dog in the world.”

    Standard delivery for your online memorial page is 5 working days and 10 days for keepsakes. If you need it sooner, choose Priority for completion within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). Please note: Priority applies to memorial pages only, not physical keepsakes.

    3. We design your memorial page and send it to you for review and approval before publishing.

    4. Go live — once approved, your pet’s tribute is published online, ready to share with family and friends.

    5. Receive your keepsakes — your USB stick and included QR plaque or NFC tag will be shipped to you within 10 days.
