How do I order a custom pet portrait in the UK?

Simply choose your favourite portrait style, upload a photo of your pet, and complete checkout. I’ll create your artwork and email your portrait when it’s ready.

Do you create memorial portraits for pets who have passed away?

Yes — many customers choose a portrait to honour a pet who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I treat memorial artwork with great care and gentleness.

How long does a digital pet portrait take to create?

Standard delivery is up to 5 working days.

What kind of photos should I upload?

Clear, well-lit images taken at eye level work best. Multiple photos are welcome — especially for memorials where only older photos exist.

Can you combine several pets in one portrait?

Yes — just upload individual photos of each pet and I’ll compose them into a single artwork.

Do I receive a print or a digital file?

All portraits include a high-resolution digital file. Printing options may be available separately.

Can you work from older, low-quality, or scanned photos?

Yes — I’ll do my best, especially for memorial portraits. If more clarity is needed, I’ll contact you.

Can I request edits after receiving my portrait?

Yes — basic revisions are included to ensure you’re happy with the result.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Digital files can be emailed worldwide. Printed add-ons can be shipped only in the UK.
