How I Work with You

A pet memorial page is a digital remembrance space where you can share your pet’s story, photos, and special memories. It works like an online tribute page, allowing family and friends to visit anytime and celebrate your pet’s life together.

Pet memorials are for anyone who has lost a beloved dog, cat, or other pet and would like a respectful, lasting way to keep their memory alive. Many families in the UK choose an online pet memorial to bring comfort and connection.

Once you choose a package, you’ll be able to upload photos, stories, and tributes. I’ll help you put it all together into a beautiful virtual pet memorial page. If you choose a plaque with QR code or NFC Tag, scanning it will link directly to the online tribute.

I handle the full setup for you. Once you’ve chosen your style and sent over the details (photos, stories, dates, etc.), I design and build the memorial. You’ll get a preview to approve before it’s final.

Before the year ends, I’ll contact you using the email address you provided to ask if you’d like to renew. If not, you’ll still have the offline version of your site to keep.

I understand the importance of this. Every memorial is archived and backed up. You also receive a digital copy of the finished memorial—either by email or USB (if you select this option). This is a “flattened” version of the page that can be opened like a website, even offline. So you’ll always have a permanent copy, regardless of what happens to the main site.

Once the memorial is approved, I send you a digital version of it—a full offline copy that you can view anytime, with or without internet. You can also request it on a USB stick. If you make future changes, I’ll send an updated version. I also keep a secure archive backup on my end.

QR plaques or printed items will take a bit longer due to production and delivery times.

Digital memorials are usually ready within 5–7 days.

Express options (like 48 or 72-hour turnaround) are available for an extra fee—great if you need something quickly before a funeral or service.

Not at all. You can send your materials afterward by email or WhatsApp—whatever works best for you. I’ll guide you through what’s needed.

Yes — it depends on the package. Some options allow you to log in and make unlimited free updates yourself. Others include a set number of edits I’ll do for you. Additional changes can also be made for a small fee if needed.
