    Standard delivery for your online memorial page is 5 working days and 10 days for keepsakes. If you need it sooner, choose Priority for completion within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). Please note: Priority applies to memorial pages only, not physical keepsakes.

  5. If you’ve ordered a keepsake, it will be shipped to you within 10 days.
